It's also only half a mile from the Sea Ranch Golf Links and the outdoor pool and tennis courts at the Del Mar Recreation Center, two miles north of Walk On Beach, and less than three miles south of downtown Gualala.
Whether you're planning a vacation with friends or family, this single-level home offers lovely ocean views and endless entertainment for guests of all ages. The nautical theme begins in the living room, which features soft leather furnishings and a wall of windows that face the water. After a scenic day of hiking on the Bluff Top Trail, return home to a flatscreen cable TV, DVD player, VCR, and a selection of VHS and DVD titles for quiet evenings in.
