The middle floor has 3 bedrooms, and a full bath with tub. The kids will love the bedroom with built in custom bunks with pull-out trundle. This floor also has a bedroom with a queen bed & TV and another bedroom with a queen bed. An added feature is the covered front deck where you can relax with your morning O.J. or coffee with cool southern breezes.
Upstairs, the open concept living area boasts a tasteful kitchen with a sizable island bar, stainless appliances, a living room with a gas fireplace & a dining area offering an ocean view from inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment and utensils you need to cook and dine in. Take a Margarita out on the comfortable top floor deck with ocean views directly off of the living space. Tucked away is a master bedroom ensuite with king bed and TV, plus an additional hallway half bath.
When it’s party time, multiple back decks all lead to the fabulous, shaded backyard that is straight out of Key West. Perfect for grillin’ and chillin’, this large space is complete with a covered tiki bar, Cable TV, outdoor speakers, small bar refrigerator, Weber gas grill, outside shower & heated pool!
The tastefully landscaped front and side yard has parking for four cars. Inside, the finished garage has lots of storage space including a spot to hang your surf boards, and houses a full size refrigerator to keep your beverages cold. There’s also a bonus room to sleep more guests! *(This bonus room serves as the fifth bedroom.)
DESTINATION WEDDING? – This would make a great place for your guests to stay! Bonnet Island Estate, Mallard Island Yacht Club, and the Stateroom are just minutes away. The location of this home is ideal for taking advantage of all the town has to offer. One block over is the LBI favorite, LBI Table. Just a short walk away, you will find The Local, the amazing LBI eatery, with outdoor seating for morning coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, juice bar, prepared foods and market. Another two blocks away is the Rare with award-winning chowder and Woody’s, famous for burgers and ice cream. Just a few blocks South is the friendly Wave Hog Surf Shop offering rentals and lessons seven days a week. Also within a short walk is Flamingo mini-golf, local library, and convenience store. Endless Summer Arcade and Ice Cream is just around the corner!
