The views are spell-binding -- different at each time of the day and with each weather situation. From the back porch, you see the Massanutten and the Blue Ridge Mountains. From the front, you see the Appalachian and Allegheny ranges. There is seating at different locations about the lawn where you can relax and enjoy the views.
Wildlife in the area include deer, fox, coyote, bald eagles, red-tail hawks, turkeys, skunks, racoons, possum, ground hogs and more.
A firepit with seating is waiting for you to enjoy the evenings. Stargazing is a must--there's very little surrounding lights to interfere with the view.
