This is the ideal house for families and large groups that want space and comfort.
- first floor - front patio, family room with tv, living room lounge area, dining area and open kitchen, 1 King bedroom.
- second floor - family room with game table and TV, pull out couch, king bedroom with private sitting/reading area and office, 2 queens rooms, 2 twins room
- third floor - infinity edge pool with great ocean views, bar, grill, refrigerator for drinks, dining table with umbrella and bar seating area, sun loungers and bathroom (shower portion is outside).
The house is located in Hermosa Palms, a beach front gated community less than 10 minutes from Jaco, on world famous Hermosa Beach. The house is only a 20 seconds walk to the beach and the beach front community pool is a short walk as well where there is also a restaurant/bar!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place. Gated community for security comfort. Would have given 5 stars on the general condition except cleaning people left all the trash in front yard over night and animals got into it. The maintenance person responded quickly next morning and cleaned front yard up. Maintenance person also quickly fixed air conditioner in one of the rooms. Great location and community pool and restaurant bar for lunch and early dinner. I would stay here again. Would recommend having a microwave oven for kitchen.
