Paradise awaits you in this spectacular 2150 square feet beachfront penthouse condominium. Our living room has over 45 feet of wide open ocean viewing. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed. Maximum Occupancy is 6 guests total. There are two couches which can accommodate a small child or two. We have a Laundry room off of one of the bathrooms with a Washing Machine and Dryer. Newly Remodeled Fully equipped Kitchen in 2019. There is a large TV with cable in the kitchen / eating area. Each bedroom has air conditioning and cable TV.

The complex is gated and has extra optional maid service plus we have a security guard on duty 24 hours a day. There are several parking spots in the condo complex.
