On the shores of Lake Chatuge, this home awaits. Enjoy relaxing together with your family or group in complete lakeside paradise - you can even bring the boat along to enjoy the private dock! Enjoy pure lakeside fun with a firepit and access to a private lake beach. You'll be right on the water with a beautiful view to enjoy inside. Central air conditioning, three gas fireplaces, and one wood fireplace are all set up to provide a pleasant atmosphere no matter the weather. But that's just the beginning of this home's luxury - most of the bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom for privacy and comfort. The main floor and lowest floor of the home each feature their own decadent living room space, connected to full kitchens boasting Subzero refrigerators and Wolf stoves for plenty of late-night refreshments and cooking projects. Additionally, they are stocked with condiments as well as coffee both caffeinated and decaf as well as tea and hot chocolate. A Keurig, French press, and drip machines are all provided, and there is a popcorn machine for the movie theater downstairs. Play mood music through the sound docks installed in the home and the private dock. Enjoy a game of pool on the private pool table, or pour a beverage from the wet bar and enjoy a conversation in one of the many nooks. Someone need to finish remote work or schooling? Hold court in one of the two private offices, each plushly decorated to make you feel like the boss on vacation (one even has a private fireplace!). After meals, feel free to put on a film in the eight-person theater room.
The bedrooms of this home are all spread out, each with their own theme. The first bedroom is just through the stone archway on the main floor - this grand suite is the main bedroom of the house, and features a lovely reading nook, vaulted ceiling, private deck entrance, and an extensive en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, a jetted tub, and a decadently large closet. Head down the stairs and turn right into the 'red' hallway. The second bedroom lies at the end of this hallway, and you'll find plush seating in this romantic bedroom silhouetted against a lovely view of the lake, as well as an en suite bathroom with both a stone standalone shower and a shower/tub combination. But the majority of bedrooms lie on the uppermost floor. You'll see the refined third bedroom when you turn left at the top of the stairs; in addition to a forest view, this bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a stone inlaid shower/tub combination and a gorgeous stone floor. Turn left and you'll find the fourth and bedroom, with its glorious five-window view of the lake. This room's en suite bathroom features stone flooring, a shower/tub combination and lovely stone tilework. Every bedroom features a ceiling work.

The dock has 30 feet available to park a boat. Guests should note that the lake is relatively shallow with depths of 30 feet and reaches a depth of 144 feet by the dam One boat slip is available for guest use. Guests will need to use one of the public boat ramps.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is a security camera facing the front door and entry. There is also one pointing at the driveway and one on the lower back patio that has been disabled. The active cameras record a live video feed, but no audio.
Dock details: One boat slip is available for guest use.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
