The Villa is situated in a Natura 2000 protected area with amazing views on the Sea of Crete and the White mountains. The Villa, 150 m², has been constructed in 2018 with stones and the best materials. It has a private infinity swimming pool, different terraces and a balcony, an external shower, a large eating space with Barbecue to host 8 guests and a private garden of 2000 m².
The villa is equipped with a heat pump providing underfloor heating in winter and air conditioning by a liquid cooling system in summer. The villa is also equipped with large frames with mosquito nets and electric shutters. The floors are covered with large, light tiled floors and the high ceilings are made of wood and beams in the purest Cretan style.
Villa interior:
- The Villa is composed of two floors:
- On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with an open fireplace, a double sofa bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hobs, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, machine coffee, toaster, juicer, microwave, ...), separate toilet with sink, a small laundry room with washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm, a large dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
- On the first floor you will find two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms. The large master bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 160 cm and the second bedroom bedroom has two single beds. Each room has a large dressing room. On request, we provide a baby cot without supplement. Each room has access to a large terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the coast of Rethymno. In addition, from the large bedroom, there is access to a balcony overlooking the white mountains of Crete. The bathrooms are equipped with a sink, an Italian shower and a toilet.
Exterior of the villa:
- The villa is located in a natural area, classified Natura 2000, composed of an exceptional fauna and flora offering many opportunities for walks and discoveries. In the garden, natural areas have been preserved and many trees have been planted: fruit trees, olive trees, vineyards, ... to restore the natural environment and create a typical Cretan landscape and colorful.
Near the house, you will find Ombrosgialos. Ompros Gialos is the naming of a seaside place located on the eastern coast of Cape Drapano. visit Ompros Gialos for swimming in its crystal-clear waters, and then sit for lunch by the sea.
- In front of the house, there is a large relaxation area: summer lounge, barbecue area, pool area with sunbeds. The pool is infinity and measures 9 x 4m, the maximum depth is 180 cm.
- From the terraces (ground floor and first floor) the villa offers splendid views of the sea and all along the coast of Rethymnon, the sunrises are magical.
