Small bright and well-equipped kitchen, dining area in the living room with open fireplace and Sat-TV, small open and very elegant entrance hall with studio corner. A living veranda with panoramic windows and an extremely decorative archway. A bathroom in green marble and Stucco Veneziano completes the inviting living area.
Access to all terraces through glazing bar doors. The green wooden shutters in front in the Lucchese style are also very decorative. The three pretty bedrooms and two further bathrooms are located on the upper floor. Situated in the “Colline Lucchesi”, the gentle hills of Lucca, in the vicinity of the famous villas, you have an exceptional panoramic view as well as the best air, and there is always a gentle breeze, even in hot summers.
