This is a truly stunning apartment! Situated in the heart of Southbank where you are a moments walk from the action, and Crown Casino. As roomy as a house with high quality modern fittings and furniture, it will not disappoint even the most discerning guests. Start with the ultra comfortable couch, matching dining setting and huge TV and a fully appointed gourmet lovers kitchen - equipped with everything you could possibly need. Free wifi internet too.
The master bedroom is in its own corner and is completely separate. It has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The other two bedrooms are also with floor to ceiling windows. They share a lovely bathroom.
Within the building, there is a stunning swimming pool and gym facilities that guests may use.
Undercover parking for one vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee.
Additional guests are accommodated on fold-up beds.
Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.
From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.
PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. This is not currently included with the displayed quote. The 30% loading needs to be added to the displayed quoted rate. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.
NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the apartment or on the balcony.
