The expansive front of the house boasts a luxury living space with elevated ipe decking and unobstructed views of Mt Tamalpais from the designer, sofa seating, creating an exquisite, peaceful, open-air, setting. The circular seating around the fire allows for conversation or quiet reflection.
The back of the house is a playful oasis, with gorgeous ipe decking, designer chaise lounges, and a teak dining table that overlooks the Dipsea lagoon. Launch your paddle toys from the dock, or jump in the water for a sunset swim. The jacuzzi tub is perfectly situated for sunset viewing. The property includes three sit-on-top kayaks + paddles for guest use.
