The exterior of the villa is carefully designed and is located on a splendid 15,000m2 plot with a beautiful garden with trees and flowers and surrounded by a field of wild olive and pine trees that guarantees a quiet and private stay. Its enormous 14 x 7 meter saltwater pool is designed with turquoise coloured mosaic tiles and is an oasis among the Majorcan forest.
This 500m2 luxury villa is distributed in a main house that has 5 suites, 5 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of them outside next to the pool; 1 whirlpool bathtub, 1 living room, 1 kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and includes a breakfast bar and dining area for 12 people, barbecue area, chill out area and 4 dining tables, outside and inside so you can decide where you want to eat. The sixth suite is located in an extension connected through the garden with a bathroom and private terrace.
