The country house is very centrally located, so you can reach the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the pedestrian area with numerous cafes and shops, in just a few minutes.

The apartment “Elmau” has an area of 175m² so up to 8 people can live in it. The entire equipment of the apartment has been selected to a high level. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the country house and offers just everything you need for a completely successful holiday. The large, modern living area offers a spacious sofa, a TV, and an oven, which makes a very cozy atmosphere. There is also a high-tech kitchen, where food can be prepared for the whole family with great pleasure. There are four bedrooms, three with large box spring double beds, one with a comfortable sofa bed. All bedrooms are equipped with a large wardrobe and a TV. In the apartment "Elmau" there are also two bathrooms, one with shower, bath, toilet and bidet and the second bathroom with shower and toilet. Another highlight of this apartment is its own garden and the terrace with garden furniture and loungers, where you can enjoy wonderful and sunny hours.
