In the rental price is included: condo fee, water, gas, Internet Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath for up to 7 people. Outside these values there are the final cleaning- and laundry fees of $ 250.00 and the energy. The energy cost is $ 1.00 per KW. A deposit of 50% should be made from the reserve and up to 48 hours. The remaining 50% before or the day of check-in.

Let's enjoy all the recreational opportunities in our neighborhood, like the famous Beach Park, the most beautiful beach of Ceara, with buggy ride on the dunes, Engenhoca adventure park and more. Our apartments are located 20 km from Fortaleza and 25 km from the airport. The building has an elevator, underground parking and fully accessible for wheelchairs.
