At just a few steps from the heart of the village, its shops, bars and restaurants, this small fully air-conditioned villa of around 80m² will seduce you with its architecture, location and comfort. Everything can be done on foot!
The living space on the ground floor opens onto two cosy terraces, tastefully appointed in Mediterranean vegetation with a hint of exoticism and without being overlooked. One to the east, with a more bohemian spirit, with a summer lounge in the shade of its sails where a gate will take you through to the beach just 50m away. The other to the West is great for your lunches and dinners.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a sofa bed, and one of the two libraries will hold the book you need to accompany you on your holiday.
The first floor is devoted to sleeping areas and those who like to take it easy. You will have a bright bedroom and a reading area with daybed (which can also be used for sleeping) opening onto a terrace with deck chairs for basking in the sun.

Summary: A very beautiful holiday home, decorated with great taste. The three porches plus dining area in the garden are marvellous. Very nice surroundings in a quiet area of holiday homes, and less than one minute to the beach. Everything looks as advertised. The agency staff are very nice and responsive people. However, the process of actually getting into the property is a little more cumbersome than what we are used to and consists a lot of mails back and forth and documents to be signed and money transfer of security deposit upfront. But maybe this is the price to pay for not having to pass by the agency in person before check-in...
