Positive: The host was great! We were late getting there and she stayed for a long time until we got there. They also checked on us during the big power outage in Portugal, France and Spain. We were fine and enjoyed the beach that day. Even though she had to wait for us to finally arrive, she was still perfectly kind to us. In fact, she didn't even mention it - we asked her if she had to wait, because we knew we had a texting issue on our phone. The rooftop is beautiful and I enjoyed the Sauna and workout area.
Negative: It was a bummer that the lower pools were closed, it was the beginning of the swim season and only the rooftop pools were open. It would have been nice to know that when we booked the place.
