Positive: Location, room was warm! Maria was very sweet, and she provided a very fine breakfast!!

Negative: Location was great , but it was quite hard to find. A small sign, and then the entrance is below street level!!

Summary: Location, and Maria made our stay!! And almost directly across from the train station!!
