The house features a 9.4m x 4.1m private, chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2m to 1.8m. Afternoons can be spend basking in the sun on one of the six sun loungers. Furthermore, there's an outdoor shower. The chill-out area is a nice spot for a romantic get-together. The big terrace is great for al-fresco dining or for a little nap in the garden swing. If you like cooking outside, you can use the BBQ. This lovely house is fenced and there are no direct neighbours.
The homelike sitting room is nice for a family-afternoon, maybe while watching a funny film on the satellite-TV. The kitchen with gas hob and dining area is fully-fitted. A laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a bedroom with double bed and bath en-suite as well as a bedroom with one single bed on the ground floor. Besides, there's a toilet.
On the upper floor, you'll find two bedrooms with two single beds each and one with a double bed, as well as one bathroom with bath tub. We can supply one cot and one high chair upon request. Furthermore, on request, we can supply you two extra beds (size: 0.8m x 1.9m) for children up to 12 years. This house has five fans.
The fishing village Portocristo is located in the east of Mallorca and it is famous for the caves of Drach and Hams. The Drach-Caves are amazing and house a subterranean lake, called Llac Mantel. There is a supermarket, restaurants and much more in the town centre of Portocristo. The nice harbour invite for long strolls along the seaside.
The east coast has many nice beaches with fine sand and crystal clear waters, like Portocristo, which is very family-friendly. Apart of this beach, you can visit S'Illot, Sa Coma, Cala Anguila-Cala Mendia and the natural beach of Cala Varques, only accessible by foot.
