Positive: Family room was spacious. Bed was comfy.

Negative: Bare kettle only in the room, but no tea or coffee available, no mugs No soap or bodywash in the bathroom. Only 1 bin which was in the bathroom and had no bag in it. No main light in the room, due to a light bulb. Wardrobe falling apart Damaged TV Smell of bleach in the bathroom. Bent curtain pole. Suspicious stain on tje radiator next to the bed. Bedside lamp falling apart
