On the ground floor there is a small kitchen with basic facilities for cooking with dining table, a shower with cabinet enclosure and a living room with sofa bed that can transform into double bed. An interior staircase leads to the upper floor to the master bedroom which features a double bed and has access to a beautiful balcony overlooking the square and the garden.
In the property apart from the nice grassy and blooming garden and the oak trees there is an outdoor shower, a barbeque area and a communal launderette place.
