Big, beautiful beach house across the street from lake Kai. sleeps 19 comfortably, multiple decks with lake views. Large playroom for the kids. Beautifully decorated, luxurious finishes. Right in the heart of Beachwalk resort, close to community pool, playground, tennis courts. Down the road from the private boardwalk to lake Michigan beach. Enjoy the magnificent roof deck overlooking the entire plantation.
Master bedroom and bathroom suite located on main floor. Two guest rooms and joint bathroom also located on main floor. 2nd floor elegant family, dining, kitchen area with two bedrooms and bath overlooking the stunning foyer. 3rd floor penthouse with exquisite deck. Basement is a children's haven, two large rooms separated by a playroom with futon. (3 bunk beds and a double bed). Outdoor grill on 2nd floor deck off of the fully loaded kitchen.

Summary: The property had plenty of room for couples, kids and singles. The property had plenty of bathroom and kitchen amenities. The decks on each floor are really nice to step out on. The master bed and bathroom having seclusion was excellent for the bridge to get ready and the groom to move to another floor. There was a basket of kids toys that the young kids dove right into and gave them something to do. There is a large parking lot in close walking distance so many cars can be there. It’s a very quiet, quaint part of the beachwalk. It’s a beautiful home. If I was to critique for the owners help. The barstools are lunch counter height for a spectator height bar height. Need a foot taller bar stools. Unusable at that height. Maybe this is the plan wrapping up season, but need a contractor/handyman to touch up painting, maintenance on outside lighting fixtures, multiple door frames need to be adjusted so they open and close easier. A day or two of work could make the property flawless. The manger that met us at the property was kind and helpful. Overall a great stay, that met our needs perfectly. 13 of us were there at the same time and it was plenty of room. You know you are in a multi-million dollar home.
