Summary: The property is located 13km or 21 minutes from the airport. It is in a gated community but located on a street amid incomplete homes with overgrown lots. The property was not walking distance to a grocery store or a shopping center. The property itself was large with essentially 3 units in 1. The property was clean. Some appliances worked and some did not. The hot water heater was solar powered, so we had to get used to that. Had a problem with the water pressure at one point, and the host promptly called a plumber to address the issue. With a more accurate listing, some minor improvements within the property, and the neighbors cleaning up their lots, a better overall rating could be warranted.
