The space
Why book a bunch of different condos or homes to accommodate your family when you can put them all at one location - yet still have 4 condos with some level of privacy for your family members. After all there is always someone that doesn't perfectly get along, right :)

At this property that is half a block to the beach you will find two ground level with no stairs 2 bedroom 2 bath condos. On the 2nd floor you will find two three bedroom 2 bath condos. This is a fourplex and you would be renting all 4 condos.
The condos are clean & your family will enjoy them we can assure you of that
The pool in the back has a BBQ area for fun group meals poolside. As you have the entire place, the pool closes when you say so. Please be respectful however of neighbors, and at any time there may not be more than 36 people at this property which is strictly enforced. The pool is professionally cleaned weekly in off season, 2xs a week in summertime. Please note we do not provide LP Propane for the gas grill - bring some if you want to use or pick up at Stripes or wal mart.
Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters etc. You will find we provide all towels, linens, hand, body & dish soaps, as well as a starter amount of trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc. The property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips, the #1 rated company in terms of reviews on search engines.
The bedding is as follows in each unit:
3 bedrooms - king in master, 2 singles in 2nd bedroom, queen in 3rd bedroom, plus a pull out sleeper sofa in living room
2 bedrooms - king in master, 2 singles in 2nd bedroom, plus a pull out sleeper sofa in living room
We provide 1 airbed and pump per condo as well for extra sleeping space. Please bring extra blankets and pillows if you plan on using, FYI. The 3 bedrooms are approximately 1250 sq feet and the 2 bedrooms are approx 930 sq feet
You are allowed a max of 8 vehicles here (golf cart is considered on) and parking on side of street will result in expensive tow. If more cars we suggest parking at the post office as well lit, police patrolled etc.

Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in, not before. You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this. Please contact us prior to booking if questions
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.

Please read all house rules prior to booking. Max is 8 vehicles and 36 people as well as 4 pets. If this is violated we do evict with no refunds. We do hav paid security that patrols our properties FYI
