Summary: Our stay was less than acceptable. Our first room, which was 9B Was infested with cockroaches. When we opened the fridge to get a drink, we realized the entire counter top was moving there was literally hundreds of cockroaches running around. I contacted the management. They said they would handle it in the morning. After a full day of arguing with them about how they were going to remedy the situation with the bugs, I decided to move to a different location. We literally had our bags packed in the car, heading to the Fairfield when they texted me and said they found a different unit for us in the same building. It’s bad enough to have bugs in your room alone having to spend a day of your vacation dealing with the problem. The new unit was nice and didn’t have any bugs. We enjoyed the rest of our stay.
