Beautifully renovated home with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Steps away from the beach for swimming, sunning and great fishing. Approximately 200 feet to the sand with walking access to the beach from the low traffic street in front of the property. The large deck has a covered area for enjoying the cool evening breezes, and an open area for sunning while enjoying the beautiful view of the sand and sea. This 1440 sq ft home is great for entertaining with a large open area with views of the ocean, high ceilings, and a skylight in the kitchen, dining and living area. Seating for 6 at the dining room table with 6 additional seats at the bar. Kitchen is well equipped, with a spice cabinet for your use. Wet bar with wine cooler for extra drinks. Large 46 inch flat screen TV with whole house HD/DVR. A ROKU has been added to the living area TV, with complimentary access to NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME free movies. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s with DVD and ceiling fans. Although there is no deck to the rear of the house, there are unobstructed bay views from the bedrooms. Downstairs on the ground level is a one bedroom suite with a small refrigerator and coffee maker. Full bath and laundry room. There is a separate entrance for extra privacy that is great for two family rentals, or teens. This property will allow dogs with an additional $100.00 fee per pet at a maximum of 2 pets. Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; One bedroom suite with a Pyramid Bunk and Futon, plus a small refrigerator and coffee maker. Full bath and laundry room. Downstairs deck area has a swing, picnic table, grill, toy box with some beach toys provided and outdoor shower with H/C water. There is a fish cleaning station on the side of the house, with water hookup. Main Level: Open concept living, dining and kitchen with Large flat screen TV; Large breakfast bar and a wet bar with wine cooler; Bedroom 1 with King, Bedroom 2 with Pyramid Bunk and Twin, Shared bathroom. Subdivision Amenities: The City of Jamaica Beach offers a public pool, playground and picnic pavilion area. There is also a public boat launch and convenience stores nearby. Location: 1 minute walk to the Beach; 14.6 miles to 61st Street; 17.7 miles to 25th and Strand; 13.8 miles to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Note: There is a four (4) night minimum for this property all year long, except in the summer months (June through August) when there is a seven (7) night minimum. Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island.
