To ensure a seamless check-in:
-Please upload a valid ID at the time of reservation. You’ll receive an email from our system called "Chekin," where you can submit your IDs and pay the security deposit of €1,000.
-The entry codes will be released once the check-in is completed, including the deposit payment.
-If check-in steps are incomplete, we may need to cancel your booking.
-We also offer early check-in and late check-out options (subject to availability) for a small additional fee.
