Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: We went in a group of 5, and I slept in the sofa that is comfy. ( but bring ear plug and eye mask as it can be noise and surely bright). The apartment is super well located with all the gadgets we need for holidays ( they don't provide nothing to the beach such as umbrellas or chairs, however I bought 2 umbrellas and I left there for the next guests to use, make sure to ask where are they). The view is great and they have a lovely table in the balcony where we had all our meals there. The owner is super friendly and he will ask you for 150 euros cash when he meet you for deposit + city tax. I certainly recommend the property.
Negative: For 5 days and 5 people we needed to buy essentials such as toilet paper (not provided even for 2 days), washing up to wash the dishes, kitchen paper. I am a host as well, I believe that is a minimum touch to leave for the guests, specially for the price we payed. We bought 2 umbrellas for the beach and we leave for the other guests to be able to use too. Small touches make a huge difference when we are travelling and paying for comfort. I hugely suggest to the host to install BLACKOUT blinders in the living room, as is too bright for whoever is on the sofa bed. And lastly is too noise in the living room and in one of the rooms so bring earplug and eye mask as is too bright.
