This two-story townhouse will have you living your best Lake Tahoe life! As soon as you enter this mountain gem, you'll notice elegant wood accents throughout. The main living space is located on the second floor and is the best place to hang out and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Spend evenings snuggling up by the gas fireplace and watching your favorite shows on the large flatscreen TV, or retreat to the covered deck for a refreshing afternoon of taking in the views or showing off your skills on the grill. When mealtime comes around, put on the chef's apron and surprise your loved ones with a delicious meal that will have them praising you in no time! The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you could possibly need to prepare everything from full-course meals and desserts to savory treats and quick meals on the go. This level also hosts a secluded, primary bedroom with a flatscreen TV, a gas fireplace, and a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with a separate tub and standalone shower, as well as an additional half bath.
The rest of the bedrooms are located downstairs, as are two more full bathrooms and a laundry room. Two of those bedrooms share a full bathroom, while the primary bedroom has its own en-suite bath and enjoys access to a small deck with a private hot tub.
This exclusive community enjoys easy walking access to Heavenly Mountain Resort and the lovely trails of Van Sickle Bi-State Park right next door. The gondola, the ice rink, a number of great restaurants, and the Shops at Heavenly Village are one block away, with lakefront beaches, beautiful hiking trails, and renowned golf courses within a few minutes' drive.

Parking notes: Four cars max; two cars in each garage and two more in front of each garage. No boat, trailers, and no outside guest parkingGuests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet Time is 10PM to 8 AM and strictly enforced. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Our internet signal is different than in big cities. When there is NOT a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
