On the ground floor there is a large lounge with a beautiful fireplace and a large dining room. At this level, we will come across a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. Going up to the first floor we come across 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two semi-detached beds. At the same level another bathroom is hosted, while outside we find a huge veranda with a magnificent view of the sea. On the terrace, guests have the opportunity to sit and enjoy the enchanting summer evenings. The two floors communicate with a marble internal staircase, while the other floors have tiles. The house is surrounded by a large courtyard. Space for parking spaces is available, while there are areas for relaxation or for summer activities. An outdoor shower is also available at the courtyard. The house has air conditioning and hot water on a 24-hour basis. It also has four televisions, dish and cloth washers, fans and many other electrical appliances. The floors have large balconies where the visitor can enjoy the view of the sea or the mountain. Just a short walk from the residence there are two restaurants and a Mini Market, while a bit further, in the town of Elafonisos, there are more choices in fish taverns, cafes, bars and mini market. Activities offered in Elafonisos: swimming, cycling, diving, walking in the island or along the beach. Elafonisos is the ideal place for surfing, wind surfing and kite from the most popular surf club sites. Many are the athletes of the sea kayak. Underwater diving is another alternative activity for the visitors of Elafonissos. On the perimeter of the island and on the opposite shores the bottom of the sea is of great interest, since the underwater wealth is huge and the waters remain unexplored. Even snorkeling is offered to the less daring, since the bottom of the sea in Elafonisos is of great interest, even a few meters deep.
