20 min by car from the Malaga airport, 7 minutes from bustling Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas (40 minutes walk to either Fuengirola or La Cala).

Beautiful sea view from its own terrace, garden and patio. Orientation south through west on a corner plot, great sunrises and sunsets to be enjoyed.

The space
Ground floor apartment on a corner plot with a lovely wrap-around garden.
Gated community, with free car park inside the gated area and also overflow just outside. Free parking on all the roads in the urbanization.
The apartment is sunny, overlooking the sea and the El Faro urbanization. It is cute, practical, well organised, you will find everything you need for your vacation.
Full kitchen, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenware. Washing machine in the bathroom.
Bathroom with shower. Hair drier.
Air-conditioning (in the process of being fitted in Jan 2019).
Spacious lounge with TV (over 150 digital channels) and WIFI.
A single sofa bed can be extended to offer sleeping for 5 people (not yet visible in the photos).
Linen available (sheets and bath towels) - please bring your own beach towels.
You will also find at your disposal a beach umbrella and board games.
Barbecue on the patio outside. You are more than welcome to use it, but please leave it as you have found it.
The swimming pool has exclusive access for residents and consists of 1 large pool for adults and a small pool for kids; it also has 2 showers and 2 toilets.
Bookings are taken for a minimum of a week normally (especially in July and August). Consideration is given to requests of 6 nights.
Long term bookings are taken for the winter months. Price to be arranged.
