Positive: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Facilities in the room (and common areas) were nice and clean.

Negative: The area isn't very "good" and I imagine some people might feel unsafe at times. Having said that, it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the old town. Finally, as far as I'm aware, there is no social atmosphere (i.e., no group activities organised).
