The attractively furnished 2-room duplex apartment is tastefully furnished. Sufficient space offers the spacious built-in wardrobe on the first floor and a separate cloakroom with storage room in the EC. The living area is decorated with terracotta tiles, the sleeping area with a wooden floorboard. The sleeping accommodation is located on the upper floor of the apartment. The open ceiling with its old roof beams completes the cozy character of this apartment. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV, CD and DVD player.
