Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The apartment is fairly weathered but provides everything you need for a short stay (we stayed there for 4 days). It is conveniently located - it's close to Gandia Beach. The apartment has a garage so it helps when the streets are full of cars during high seasons. There is a balcony with a view. Our kids enjoyed a wooden bunk bed. There is a laundry machine, which is handy if needed. It is spacious and just right for four people.

Negative: When we visited (we visited Gandia Beach on Easter), the weather was terrible. The temperature dropped to 13ªC. The apartment was equipped with two electric heaters but it was cold.
