Vous rejoindrez Gérardmer, ville très attrayante toute l’année, en plus de son casino, ses bars et restaurants en moins de 5min en voiture.
Cet exceptionnel chalet de 420m² se décline en 3 niveaux, avec une spacieuse et très lumineuse pièce de vie en rez-de-chaussée aérée de grandes baies vitrées vous offrant une splendide vue sur les sommets aux alentours. Cette pièce de plus de 100m² se compose d’une cuisine entièrement équipée, d’une salle-à-manger avec une table en bois massif préparée sur-mesure et d’un salon pour vous détendre sur le grand canapé devant la cheminée à gaz tout en regardant la télévision suspendue juste au-dessus. Au milieu de cet espace, vous découvrirez le sol vitré avec vue plongeante sur la piscine. Un aquarium central à l’eau de mer animera vos soirées.
Un magnifique escalier vous mènera tout droit à l’étage des chambres. Vous dormirez dans 3 chambres dotées chacune d’un lit double, d’une télé, d’une salle de douche (avec WC pour 2 d’entre elles) et d’un accès à un balcon indépendant. Une 4e suite familiale avec un lit double, un espace douche, un WC séparé et un salon avec une télévision et un canapé convertible pour 2 personnes. Une 5e chambre dortoir avec 4 lits simples en enfilade et 2 télévisions suspendues. Une salle de douche indépendante est prévue pour ce dortoir.
Au RDJ vous entrerez dans votre espace Bien-Etre où vous vous détendrez dans le sauna et le hammam ( 2 douches et 1 seau sont prévus pour votre sortie), puis rejoindrez la piscine intérieure et le spa à débordement avec 2 douches et 1 WC supplémentaires. Depuis cette espace vous gagnerez la seconde terrasse en bois et ses transats.
La détente et la quiétude sont les maitres-mots de la maison !
Vous pourrez vous garer sur les 4 places de stationnement, et ranger vos vélos et skis dans le garage accolé à l’entrée.
