Built in 2014 by a renowned, local Architect, this California-style beach house allows you to bring the outdoors in with accordion doors off the living room that open to a large deck overlooking the Bold Atlantic with views of Ogunquit, Wells and Kennebunkport. The first floor offers a full bathroom with a shower. The second floor features the master bedroom (King bed) with an ensuite full bathroom with large tub, two other guest bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a full bed), another bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The third floor is absolutely stunning where the open concept (and fully stocked) kitchen and living room open up to the large balcony overlooking the ocean. The fourth floor is a stunning office with a pull out queen couch, desk, printer and Peloton bike. Located adjacent to The Cliff House (2 minute walk), this sanctuary is secluded yet close to everything Ogunquit, Cape Neddick and York have to offer. 2-3 miles to Perkins Cove, Ogunquit Beach, Cape Neddick Beach, Restaurants, The Marginal Way, and 4-5 miles to York Beaches.
