Bike path, all shops (bakery, grocery ...), restaurants, doctors, pharmacy etc ... at the foot of the residence. Private parking in the basement with secure bike storage. The city center and the SNCF train station are located 1.5 km away, a public service bus passes in front of the residence and the train station. There is a TGV Paris Arcachon.
