Each house rents for $400 a night. 1 - huge NY style Tuscany Retreat home (cira 1845-formerly the general store/post office and Creativity Art Retreat), and 2 - the light filled River House next door... They can be rented SEPARATELY, depending on the number of people in your party, or TOGETHER as an 9 bedroom compound - bright, clean and very private, right on the banks of the Noisy descriptions below... Each house is $400 a night, individually. Riverside family oasis, 2 stunning cottages side by side If you check my calendar for your dates, and see that it is blocked or booked, please understand we may have booked ONE HOUSE, and still have the second house available. Both cottages, situated side-by-side on large lawns with lots of flowers/decks/privacy, tucked in the middle of the quiet hamlet of Dunedin, 5 km. from Creemore - voted one of the 10 most unique villages in Canada, known for its great restaurants, shopping and Creemore Brewery. Playground, slides, swings in the park across the river; cross country skiing at your door! Ample parking for 8 cars.... Both houses can be RENTED SEPARATELY, or TOGETHER. Minimum stay 3 nights. House 1 - Dunedin NY style main house: Spacious and completely private, newly renovated and fully equipped, with 8' skylight and high ceilings in the great room, wood fireplace, with floor-to-ceiling windows, dining for 10, ping pong, overlooking huge deck on the river. Big, clean, fully-equipped country kitchen, original pine flooring, bright, cozy den with gas fireplace, music system, lots of antiques, comfy couches, huge round antique dining - four bedrooms: queen, 2 king, 2 singles, two bathrooms, clawfoot, shower, washer/dryer, etc. Owner studio and Gallery in separate part of building. House 2 - River House: Clean, bright, cozy and very private 150 year old Victorian right next door to the Main House, 2 floor wooden cottage with 4 bedrooms, (queen, queen, king, king and single), fully-equipped bright open dining/kitchen with walkout to large deck and river. Cozy, comfortable, with skylights, pine floors, filled with original paintings and antiques. Big front porch with mosaic floor, great to be used as mud room. Lots of light. 2 bathrooms: 1-claw foot tub, separate shower, sink/toilet; 2-toilet and mosaic tiled sink. Big lawn on the river.
