Down da Road is a beautiful, newly constructed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home located in the Villas of Frangista. Upon entry through the front door, you will be greeted by soaring 20ft ceilings and tons of windows letting in an abundance of warm natural light. The high-end touches and design will have you feeling like you are on an exotic vacation to Turks and Caicos, the destination from which the homeowners were inspired to name this home "Down da Road". The open living space and kitchen area feature gorgeous polished concrete floors, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island, perfect for entertaining or just hanging out.
This two-level home sleeps 12 guests comfortably. On the first level, there is a master suite with a king bed, his and hers closets, and a luxurious bathroom featuring double vanities and a gigantic walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs: two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and an additional bedroom with two twin-over-full bunk beds. Guests will love relaxing in the spacious fenced backyard complete with a gas grill and plenty of green space to enjoy a meal or your favorite IPA! The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobble stone streets, a community pool and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar white beaches.

To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RV's, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
