Negative: Staff didn’t explain anything about the domain, my room was “upgraded” to a room with a terrace (in construction) which hasn’t been renovated in years: the shower has known better days, the bathtub had several notched in it and when I programmes the AC, it warmed the room up… so I’d said location looks great but that’s it
