Direct Oceanfront wrap around balcony off of the living room and oceanfront wrap around windows in the bedroom. Full kitchen with a washer and dryer in the unit. Some of the amenities here at Peck Plaza include a heated pool, hot tub, game room, free pool table, ping pong table, fitness work out room that includes weights and a treadmill, a library reading room, tennis and basketball courts, pickleball court, private sundeck, and more. The Top of Daytona restaurant and bar, a fine dining experience, is on the top floor where you may meet a celebrity. A private walkway to the beach is on the first floor with dozens of lounge chairs. We have cable TV, Roku, wireless internet, and garage parking for vehicles under 6' tall. Peck Plaza is a luxury Condominium building on the world famous Daytona beach and is the tallest oceanfront structure in town. This condo is not pet friendly at all since pets are not allowed per the recorded Peck Plaza condo bylaws.
