Direct Ocean in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Walk to restaurants, cafes, outdoor dining with live music, and entertainment. End unit with 30 Ft. balcony on second level (5 ft off ground)
**3 miles South of Cocoa Beach Pier**
This is a beach front unit with private gate to the beach. Pool in the front of the building. There are two parking spaces. You may choose to park underground or above.
Dining area and living room looks out onto the ocean and a 30 ft. balcony equipped with seating. The living room has a navy blue lazy boy sleeper sofa, a white leather recliner and a 50 inch flat screen TV. Dining area has a large wood tsble with 6 chairs (2 folding chairs in closet), bar stools The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with NEW appliances and includes full- size washer/dryer.
There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk in closet, Flat screen TV, and direct view of the ocean. The master bathroom is also newly renovated, has a walk in shower and linens are provided. The guest bedroom has a twin and a queen bed .with a full bathroom right next to it, along with flat screen tv.
Beach towels and beach equipment are provided.

Summary: I was disappointed that we were told to run dishwasher, dry them and put them away. We always start dishwasher before leaving but to dry and put away, take out all trash, start a load of laundry and be out by 10:00 am plus pay cleaning fee is a bit much. I don’t mind the other things but unload and put away is over the top. Other than that it was a nice condo.
