Negative: TV damaged - half of the picture black and white, half in the color. Paint from walls fallung down - needs renovation. A/C not working. Keylock to the room not working. Bathtub damaged - needs renovation. No water on arrival, only two glasses - dirty. Dust on the shelves and bed. Insects in the bed. Shower leaking.
