Welcome to our flat! This beautiful upper flat is located on one of Halifax’s most desirable streets in the South End! Walking distance to Point Pleasant Park and downtown amenities. Features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, formal dining area, and 2 seating areas (a formal sitting area with fireplace and piano, and a casual sitting area with television). The property owners occasionally occupy the lower flat with their two lovely dogs. Pets are welcome! The Space: If you are new to , use our referral link to get up to $45 off your stay with us! Upon arrival you will ascend an exterior flight of stairs to get to the entryway. Through the front door you will enter to the landing. This is a split entry home. The owners occupy the lower flat and therefore there is a locked steel door at the bottom of the stair case. You will again ascend one flight of stairs inside. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are located towards the front of the flat. The master bedroom with en suite and washer/dryer is at the back of the flat. There is a guest bedroom, guest bathroom, and a family room with cable TV as well. The private patio is located off off the family room. Guest Access: Guests have access to the upper flat, as well as the private back deck area. The backyard is shared with the property owners. Interaction with Guests: Over Sea is a professional property management company based in Nova Scotia! We typically answer messages between 10AM and 9PM Atlantic time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. The Neighborhood: Being in the South allows guests to be walking distance to Point Pleasant Park, the local universities (Saint Mary's, Dalhousie, King's), the hospitals and the waterfront. You can easily walk to your destination or use the local transit! Getting Around: Halifax Metro Transit is the local transit authority in Halifax and surrounding areas.
