Positive: The loft itself was simply magical. The amenities around the property were exceptional as well. The location was perfect for entering the city from the castle side, which gives it the best vibe. The Krumlov experience just went to a whole new level!

Negative: This is a double edge sword. When we arrived at the property, we realised that the cleaning lady had not changed the bed sheets. We called the property owner and within minutes the cleaning lady came, was very apologetic and courteous and even brought a bottle of wine as an apology. This then turned out to be a very pleasant experience as it was approached by all involved with calmness, yet great care.
