This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers comfort, and relaxation. It is centrally located minutes away from downtown Monterey, Cannery Row, Old Fishermans Wharf, and world famous attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium. It’s only 20 minutes from surrounding areas like Carmel by the Sea, Carmel Valley, and Pebble Beach Golf links. The condo is located above an active pet hospital (there is a shared private gate to access the front door and stairs up to the Private condo). The condo is recently remodeled and has a “open floor” design with a large outdoor patio. The kitchen has large marble countertops, stove, refrigerator, etc. The patio deck area is located off the living room for an "al fresco" feel. We have a dining room table for 6 indoors and a outdoor table for 4 on the patio deck. The living room has a fireplace with a large flat screen on the mantle so you can unwind and watch your favorite shows after a day of enjoying all that Monterey Bay has to offer. We also have a deep large bath tub to soak after a long day. This condo is a perfect getaway for friends or couples looking to visit Monterey Bay.
