Positive: The appartment is clean, cozy, spacious, with beautiful view point, we can see the matterhorn from our balcony.

Negative: here was no shampoo in our room. When I asked, the staff said they had ensured it was provided in the bathroom, but in fact there was none at all. Fortunately, since we’re a group of families staying in multiple rooms on different floors, we were able to borrow some shampoo from another room to manage.
