One can rent the main house together with the apartments for 15 guests with exclusive use of the swimming pool.Except for the owners who also live on the property there are no other guests.
The kitchen of the large house is used as a communal kitchen. It can easily accommodate 15 guests. In total there are 7 bedrooms, each with a double bed and each with a bathroom. An extra single bed can be added. All bathrooms have showers.
- Spacious holiday home a stone's throw from Perugia, which you can walk to in half an hour via a forest path. Despite its proximity to the city, it is still quiet and surrounded by nature. Truffles are found all around and there are olive trees. Beautiful view, quiet and spacious pool .... everything you need for a nice holiday.
This holiday residence near Perugia consists of a large house for 8 people with four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and three small apartments, each with one bedroom and a bathroom. In total there are 7 bedrooms where 15 guests can sleep comfortably.
The young Italian owners have one daughter and live next to the large house with its own entrance and garden. They speak English and French and respect the privacy of their guests. The pool is 6m by 12m and 1.50m deep. There is a lot of space and grass all around. From here, guests enjoy a beautiful view of the opposite hill with the first houses of the city of Perugia on top.
Wifi internet is available. There is a washing machine and an iron and ironing board for general use. Behind the large house is a stone barbecue. There is covered parking for several cars. A supermarket is just 800 meters from the house.
The property is entered through a large gate and an avenue of cypress trees leading up to the house. The impressive driveway is a good start to the holiday!
The swimming pool is open from May to September.
The tourist tax must be paid locally: Euro 1,50/person/night for two nights and the third night Euro 0,75/person. Children under 14 do not have to pay. The amount remains the same for longer stays.
