Summary: The hotel had no faults, the staff were friendly and had an overall great stay. The breakfast was amazing that came included in the room and it changed slightly each day. The staff go into your room each day and make sure you have new towels if used, they have a roof terrace and this is so peaceful. The staff bring drinks to you that you request and they want to help you at any time. You do not get a key for the main hotel door, there is a bell on the outside and there are staff 24/7 to open the door. You get a key for your room. You do need to let them know what time you are arriving and the hotel is towards the top of the street with a copper sign above the door opposite the synagogue. Definitely would return in the future. One useful tip-make sure you use yellow taxis traveling in marrakech. We got into a car but this was not a taxi and he dropped us off in the middle of no where, we had to find a hotel with wifi and walk to the hotel.
