Positive: Very convenient location, right in the hub of everything. The apartment had everything essential and could even host dinner for a friend coming over.
Negative: The security lock running out of power was quite a stressor. Having the door unlocked for multiple days was a worry. Yes, the batteries were replaced at some point. I do recommend that the owners check the battery level of this before someone commences their stay.
Summary: Quaint and perfect location. Cozy and convenient.
