MidTown District is Reno's most lively, unique area. You'll be within walking distance to many of the attractions that Reno has to offer, with everything else just a short drive away. Overall, the street where the townhome is located is very quiet and peaceful, with limited foot traffic. It is also relatively safe with a school and parks nearby. The neighborhood is a mix of newer homes and more historic Reno homes.
From our home, you'll be about 10 minutes from University of Reno, less than 5 from downtown/midtown, and only about 45 minutes away from Lake Tahoe and Skiing. We're also a short 8 minute drive away from the airport.
There is driveway parking and plenty of free street parking in front of our home. The area is also very Uber/Lyft friendly, and also close walking distance to many popular shops and restaurants. There are bikes/scooters that can be rented from ride sharing apps as well.

In the winter time, there may be snow and ice conditions. The streets are plowed frequently, but depending on conditions, tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be needed to get to our home. No refunds will be provided due to weather/snow conditions or inadequate preparation for winter driving.

We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund. - Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items. - Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided - Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the unit - Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit. - Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home.
