The space
•TWO SUITES+LOFT: Sleeps 8+. Two bedrooms on separate levels both have en-suite bathrooms. Additionally the large loft has a Futon for 1-2 people, and there’s 2 additional twin air mattresses available.
•One of the closest houses to the amenities. Just 3 houses from the Clubhouse, Pool, Lake, etc. (Entry Fees Apply)
•The main floor boasts a large open concept floorplan with soaring ceilings and plenty of space. The living room features two super-comfy leather couches.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire property. Every room is available for guest use.
In addition to Willowgreen Cabin, guests have access to 2 Private Lakes and all the Blue Lake Springs recreation amenities with our guest pass. (Guest fees apply)
Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor day (May-Sept).

Free Alternative is White Pines Lake/Park. 5min drive. Beautiful lake with picnic tables, beach, playground, etc.

Note: We have a No-Pet policy due to allergies in our family. I’m sorry, no pets are allowed.
-As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We will do our best to fix it for you right away.
-Cell phone reception is spotty and only Verizon customers will likely have any service. Please make sure to download directions and print instructions prior to leaving. High speed WiFi is available at the cabin.
-Chains should be carried in vehicles during the snowy season and road conditions should be checked often.
-There is an abundance of wildlife in Arnold, including bears, coyotes and mountain lions. We have a bear box available for your trash but please make sure there are no food remnants in your vehicle. We will not be held responsible for any wildlife encounters.
-The property has exterior security cameras at the front door and back deck. These cameras are not monitored 24/7 and will not be actively monitored during your stay.
-Unfortunately due to the fire season and PG&E, power outages can occur without notice, most commonly in the Summer and Winter months, due to extreme weather. We are not responsible for this, however lanterns are readily available on the property and the propane BBQ can still be used for cooking.
-No refunds will be made for circumstances beyond our control such as acts of nature, power outages, or weather related problems, but depending on the circumstances, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
